Welcome to I Travel. By booking travel services with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 


1. About Us

I Travel is a fully accredited travel agency operating in the United States since 2023. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. 


2. Booking & Payments 

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel supplier.

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be made by the deadline provided.

  • Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation.

Prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid in full.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.).

  • Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines depend on the supplier and may take several weeks.

We are not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties or fees.

Any changes to confirmed bookings may:

  • Be subject to availability

  • Result in additional fees

  • Be subject to supplier change policies


5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have:

  • A valid passport

  • Required visas

  • Proper identification

  • Any required vaccinations

I Travel is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect or missing documentation.


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel delays

  • Lost baggage

If you decline travel insurance, you accept responsibility for any related losses.


8. Pricing & Errors

We reserve the right to correct:

  • Pricing errors

  • Typographical mistakes

  • Incorrect information

If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified before confirmation.    


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the agency is registered.

By booking travel services with I Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
